Delivery & Returns

Your delivery will be made between 8am and 5pm on either a Wednesday or Friday depending on your time of order.  If you think you may be out, you must provide alternative instructions for the courier company. If more convenient, you can have your order delivered to an alternative address, such as a neighbour, workplace or friend, or left in a safe place such as your garage or porch.

Delivery Charges apply as follows:

• £3.50 Local Delivery (within Fife and Kinross)- Friday
• £10.00 on mail orders Mainland Uk Only. A surcharge will apply on deliveries outwith the UK Mainland 

Delivery charges apply to one nominated address in the UK mainland only.

Returns

Please check your order on arrival and report any damage on delivery.

Our policy is to replace all merchandise that arrives in a damaged condition upon return of the damaged goods. Should an item you ordered be out of stock, you will be notified by email. We can offer a substitute item or recalculate your order.
