Our small smoked boneless gammon has been mild cured for 2 weeks to slowly develop great flavour and texture. It is suitable for roasting, boiling or home freezing. At Puddledub our gammon is smoked in our on-site smoker using oak and beechwood chippings. No artificial flavouring is used.
