Puddledub Pork & Fifeshire Bacon Company is based at Clentrie Farm near Auchtertool in West Fife, just 4 miles west of Kirkcaldy town centre and 8 miles east of Dunfermline.
The farm is a mixed farm of 247 acres growing winter wheat and spring barley with over 100 acres devoted to permanent pasture and rough grazing which carries water buffalo and Aberdeen Angus cattle belonging to Steven Mitchell of Puddledub Buffalo and Auchtertool Angus.
The farm also includes the 12 acre Camilla Loch which is stocked with rainbow and brown trout.
