Deliveries

All Puddledub deliveries are made on a Friday. 

Every week, our order deadline is Thursday at 9.00am. All Puddledub deliveries are then made on a Friday, between 8am and 5pm.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE. If you miss our order deadline and place an order after 9.00am on Thursday, your order won’t be made up and dispatched until the following Friday. 

Please double check the delivery date detailed when you check out online.

In the run up to Christmas, you must give us instructions where to leave the box if you are not in. Please detail this in the 'Delivery Instructions' comments box on our CHECK OUT page.  If our couriers can't deliver your box or leave it somewhere safe if you are not there, your box may end up back at the courier depot or returned to us.

Why do we do this? Call us old fashioned but Puddledub products are freshly made to order every day, each week. We rarely freeze our products and we believe it’s the best way to ensure a top quality taste and that’s what we are all about here at Puddledub.

Delivery Charges apply as follows:

  • Local Delivery (Edinburgh & Fife) £3.95 - Friday delivery only
  • Courier (UK Mainland) £8.95 - Friday delivery only
  • Click & Collect (direct from farm - Fridays only) £0.00
  • Click & Collect (from Kirkcaldy High Street Butcher Shop - Fridays only) £0.00
  • Free delivery on ALL UK Mainland orders over £100

Delivery charges apply to one nominated address in the UK mainland only.

If you think you may be out, you must provide alternative instructions for the courier company. If more convenient, you can have your order delivered to an alternative address, such as a neighbour, workplace or friend, or left in a safe place such as your garage or porch.

We have a minimum order value of £25. You will not be able to checkout unless your order value exceeds £25.

Gift Vouchers

If you are purchasing a gift voucher, please select 'Collect from Farm' to avoid delivery charges being applied when you check out. We will then email your voucher and online code to you. 

If you are purchasing a gift voucher along with other Puddledub products, normal delivery charges will apply to your products and your voucher will be emailed to you. If you have any gift voucher queries, please email Tom.

 

Returns

Please check your order on arrival and report any damage on delivery.

Our policy is to replace all merchandise that arrives in a damaged condition upon return of the damaged goods. Should an item you ordered be out of stock, you will be notified by email. We can offer a substitute item or recalculate your order.
