There is a minimum online order value of £25. Please note delivery charges may also apply if your order total is under £100. These are detailed on our Delivery page.
It is difficult to give firm advice, because people's idea of ‘enough’ varies so much. It will depend on the number of courses in the meal, the style of meal, the age of the diners, and whether or not you want second helpings or left-overs.
However as a general rule of thumb, we have allowed for 225g (8oz) for a main course portion of meat. For medium-sized boneless joints, allow 225-350g (8-12oz) to provide second helpings.
You will receive your order on a Friday between 8am and 5pm.
Each week, all orders placed before our order deadline of Thursday at 9.00am, will be delivered on Friday between 8am and 5pm.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE. If you miss our order deadline and place an order after 9.00am on Thursday, your order won’t be made up and dispatched until the following Friday.
Call us old fashioned but Puddledub products are freshly made to order every day, each week. We rarely freeze our products as we believe delivering fresh is the best way to ensure you get excellent quality and taste and that’s what we are all about here at Puddledub.
Your order will be packaged in a sealed polystyrene box that regulates temperature for up to 24 hours. We pack your fresh meat products with ice packs.
When you order, there is a section ‘Delivery instructions’ at the bottom of the page where you submit your personal details. Please use this to fill in details of the safe place that the driver can leave your goods, remember that we can deliver to your workplace or to a neighbour.
The insulated box we sent your produce in, will keep your order at a safe temperature for up to 24 hours. Obviously the sooner you can unpack the products and get them into your fridge or freezer at home, the better.

Should you need delivery outwith these days, then a courier will be used at a charge of £9.50+VAT. Phone us on 01592 780246 to discuss how we can accommodate you.
Please check your order on arrival and report any damage on delivery. Our policy is to replace all merchandise that arrives in a damaged condition upon return of the damaged goods. Should an item you ordered be out of stock, you will be notified by email. We can offer a substitute item or recalculate your order.
Unforeseeable traffic problems, bad weather or other emergencies may force us to postpone or suspend chosen delivery dates and times. If there is a significant delay, a customer service representative will call or e-mail to update you on your delivery status.
Absolutely. We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00am till 6.00pm, please call us on 01592 780246. If you get no answer, we’re out tending to something on the farm. Leave a message and we’ll call you back.
