All our Puddledub gammon is mild cured for 2 weeks to slowly develop great flavour and texture. There is no need to soak our gammons prior to cooking.

This smoked gammon is smoked in our on-site smoker using oak and beechwood chippings. No artificial flavouring is used.

It is suitable for roasting, boiling or home freezing.
