Our rump or popeseye steak as they are know, are sourced from Dalachy Farm in Aberdour. Their cattle are raised under the Farm Assured Scotch Beef scheme ensuring great time and care has been given to their welfare. The meat is matured for a minimum of 21 days to ensure great flavour and texture.
