Our steak mince is made us from sirloin, fillet, rump and ribeye off cuts, too small for roasts or steaks. Its delicious and will add excellent flavour and texture to your dish.

Our steak mince is sourced from Dalachy Farm in Aberdour. Their cattle are raised under the Farm Assured Scotch Beef scheme ensuring great time and care has been given to their welfare. The meat is matured for a minimum of 21 days to ensure great flavour and texture.
