Two British chicken fillets stuffed with black pudding and wrapped in our hand cured Puddledub streaky bacon. Serve with a peppercorn sauce, creamy mash and seasonal vegetables. 

Cooking Instructions

  1. Remove cling film and place a bit of tin foil over the top,
  2. Place in a preheated oven at 180c
  3. Cooked for 30 - 40 minutes until it's piping hot inside and no trace of pink juice.

Serve and enjoy
